Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded on the vente ess store, published by vente ess.

This English version is provided for information only. In the event of a dispute, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose and scope

These terms apply to any order placed on https://vente-ess.blim.pro. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products and availability

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. Offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and exclusive of taxes (HT). The applicable VAT rate is stated in the cart and on the invoice. Shipping costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made by bank card (Stripe), PayPal or bank transfer. The order is considered final once payment has actually been received.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address given when ordering, within an indicative period of 3 to 7 working days.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving reasons.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the French Civil Code).

9. Disputes

French law applies. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
